As ex officio Judge of Probate, the Clerk of Superior Court has jurisdiction over estates proceedings. As a result, the Estates Division performs a variety of judicial and clerical roles for estates and trusts, including conducting hearings, auditing financial records, and filing records and wills. Please be aware that our office operates on an appointment-only basis.
