Beginning April 13, 2020, the Forsyth County Clerk of Superior Courts office will be open to the public Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Forsyth County District Court Schedule –
May 4 – May 29, 2020

Forsyth County changes beginning March 16, 2020:

All cases and other matters are to be continued/scheduled no earlier than June 1, 2020.

All 1B cases are to be continued.

Department Location changes:

  • Civil Filings has a clerk assisting the public in
    Room 203.

    They will be closing at 4:45pm each day until June 1, 2020.

  • Civil Records has a clerk assisting the public in
    Room 217.

  • Estates has drop offs in Room 217.

  • Juvenile has a clerk assisting the public in
    Room 203.

  • Criminal Superior will be working out of Room 600.
